Refund policy

 

At Hirini.in, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality imitation jewellery. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. Refunds will only be issued in the rare case where we are unable to ship your order or if the product is unavailable.

For all other cases, we offer an exchange policy. If you receive a damaged product, you may request an exchange by providing a clear box opening video from start to finish (without cuts or edits). The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery. Without this video proof, exchange requests cannot be accepted. If approved, we will send you a replacement product of the same type or of equal value. Please note that shipping charges for returning the damaged product will be borne by the customer.
